Graduation Criteria


To be awarded the Master of Science in Critical Care Nursing, students must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Successfully complete all required courses in the approved study plan, totaling 33 credit hours.
  • Successfully complete 400 supervised clinical hours in healthcare settings approved by the College.
  • Complete the master's thesis and successfully defend it before a panel of internal and external examiners appointed by the College.
  • Achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (equivalent to 80%).
  • Maintain a valid nursing license or professional registration throughout the program and comply with all academic, clinical, ethical, and administrative requirements.
  • Complete the program within the approved maximum period of 3.5 years, subject to university regulations.
