Dubai Medical University will host the 4th AI Xcelerate Hackathon as part of Dubai AI Festival 2026, bringing together healthcare university students to develop innovative artificial intelligence solutions addressing real world healthcare challenges.

Held at the Dubai Medical University booth at Dubai World Trade Centre on April 7 and 8, 2026, the hackathon will provide a collaborative platform for students passionate about artificial intelligence and digital health to explore new ideas and technologies shaping the future of medicine.

Under the theme “Accelerate Innovation, Transform Healthcare,” participants will work in teams to design AI driven solutions aimed at improving healthcare delivery, patient outcomes and medical decision making. The event will also offer opportunities for students to collaborate with mentors, exchange ideas with innovators and present their projects during Dubai AI Festival 2026.
