Self-Help & Digital Resources

Start independently with guided wellbeing tools and self-screening questionnaires.

The Self-Help & Digital Resources page is designed for students who would like to explore their wellbeing privately and at their own pace. It can include short self-screening questionnaires, guided worksheets, psychoeducational materials, reflection tools, and recommended reading. These resources help students understand their current wellbeing and decide whether they may benefit from additional support.

Important Student Note

These resources are not a diagnosis and do not replace counselling or professional care. They are intended for awareness, reflection, and early guidance. Students who receive high scores, feel unsafe, or notice that their symptoms are affecting daily life should book an appointment with the Wellbeing Center or seek urgent support.
