Biography
Eman Zohair Al-Rabie is a seasoned higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, student affairs, and academic administration. She currently serves as Project Manager in the Office of the Vice Chancellor – Academic Affairs at Dubai Medical University and Dean Office – College of Pharmacy.
Eman has been instrumental in driving enrollment growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading strategic initiatives. Notable achievements include establishing the EmSAT Centre, initiating the Nafis Program partnership for national student recruitment, launching a Student Information System, and doubling admissions for the 2023–2024 intake. She has also played a key role in scholarship development and marketing strategy, including international outreach and digital campaigns.
Previously, she served as Head of the Student Affairs and Advisory Unit, and earlier held academic support roles at the University of Sharjah in admissions, research, and as a teaching assistant. Eman holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Sharjah and brings strong technical and organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SIS, Adobe Pro, and Survey Monkey.
Bilingual in Arabic and English, Eman is highly regarded for her leadership, project coordination, and commitment to enhancing the student experience and institutional advancement.
