Dubai Medical University proudly inaugurated The Hope Lab Hive, a wellness-driven initiative dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, relaxation, mindfulness, and creative expression across the DMU community.

The launch event opened with an insightful and engaging talk titled “Neurofeedback Treatment Through EEG” delivered by Dr. Lara Tomski, offering participants valuable knowledge on innovative approaches to mental well-being.

Following the talk, attendees took part in hands-on activities, including bouquet-making and bookmark crafting, designed to encourage mindfulness, creativity, and emotional expression. The atmosphere was warm, supportive, and uplifting, with participants enthusiastically embracing each activity. The successful launch created a space filled with positivity and connection, reinforcing DMU’s commitment to supporting the holistic well-being of its members.
