Prof. Salah Eldin Kassab, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, College of Medicine and Director of the Master’s in Health Professions Education Program recently participated in the Executive Committee meeting of the Association for Medical Education in the Eastern Mediterranean Region (AMEEMR), held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 14 February 2026. AMEEMR serves as the regional chapter of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) in the Middle East, bringing together academic leaders to advance excellence, quality assurance, and innovation in medical education across the region. Prof. Kassab has been a core member of the AMEEMR Executive Committee since its establishment in 2008, reflecting his longstanding contribution to strengthening regional collaboration and supporting the development of high-quality medical education standards.
