Dubai Medical University – College of Pharmacy celebrates multiple first-place awards at the 4th AAU Health and Biomedical Postgraduate Symposium, held on 29 January 2026 at Al Ain University’s Abu Dhabi campus.

• First Place – Best Poster (Pharmacology & Molecular Biology): Presented by: Marium Alnazeer, Rim Jaber, Tasneem Zarzour (Supervisors: Dr. Hanan Anbar, Dr. Yosra Lozon, Dr. Valia Koder)
• First Place – Best Poster (Drug Discovery): presented by: Dania Abaji (Supervisors: Dr. Rana Sammour, Dr. Yasmeen Yaser)
• First Place – Best Oral Presentation (Pharmacy Practice): presented by: Alya Osman (Supervisors: Dr. Doaa Kamal, Dr. Marium Diab, Dr. Eman Shams)
• Student Participation: Fourth-year students Menna Ahmed, Souzan Mohammed, and Shahed Murad under supervivon of Prof. Bazigha Abdel Rasool professionallypresented a poster based on their graduation project research.

In addition, four College of Pharmacy faculty members served as jury members across multiple competition categories.
