Faculty members and students from the Dubai Medical University (DMU) College of Pharmacy actively participated in the Pharmacy Automation & Digital Health Summit, held on Friday, January 23, 2026. The event brought together academic leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry experts to explore advancements in pharmacy automation, digital health, and patient safety

The summit featured a comprehensive program divided into two main sessions. Session 1: Automation & Patient Safety focused on the integration of automation technologies in pharmacy practice and their impact on enhancing patient care.

Session 2: Digital Health & the Future of Pharmacy highlighted emerging trends shaping the profession. Discussions covered the future of pharmacy automation, digital innovation through real-world case studies, and evolving career opportunities in automation, medication management, and patient safety.

Faculty and students benefited from exposure to current innovations, interdisciplinary dialogue, and expert perspectives that support the College’s mission to prepare graduates for the future of healthcare.
