Dubai Medical University – College of Nursing is proud to share that Dr .Haya Al Shawa participated in the 3rd Al Amal Research Award Day, held on January 15, 2026, at Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital, where her poster titled “Integrating Perinatal Depression Screening into UAE Mental Health Policy: A Position Paper” received the Silver Award in the poster competition.

This achievement reflects the College of Nursing’s ongoing commitment to advancing evidence-based research that supports maternal mental health and strengthens healthcare outcomes across the UAE.
