As part of Dubai Medical University’s ongoing efforts to enhance teaching efficiency and embrace digital innovation, the Academic Support Department, through the AI Smart Education Unit, conducted an Online Orientation for Instructors on the Qwickly Attendance Platform.

To reinforce the knowledge gained during the orientation, Hands-On Question and Answer Sessions were held, allowing instructors to engage in meaningful discussions, clarify technical aspects, and share their experiences using the platform.

The Qwickly Attendance Platform is a digital attendance management solution designed to streamline and simplify the process of recording absences—particularly valuable in courses with large class sizes resulting from DMU’s expanding student population. The platform enables instructors to efficiently track attendance, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate records with ease and consistency.

This initiative underscores DMU’s commitment to leveraging smart educational technologies that promote operational efficiency and academic integrity. By integrating the Qwickly Attendance into its teaching ecosystem, DMU continues to empower faculty members with tools that support data-driven decision-making, transparency, and student engagement.
