
DMU College of Pharmacy announces the participation of its faculty at the First International Conference of Al-Mustaqbal for Sustainability in Pharmaceutical Sciences: Advancing the Future of Healthcare, held on September 27–28, 2025, at Al-Mustaqbal University, Iraq. Prof. Bazigha K. Abdul Rasool, Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, was an invited keynote speaker. She delivered a well-received lecture titled:
“From Bench to Patient: Sustainable Nanocarrier Strategies for Safe, Effective, and Eco-Friendly Drug Delivery.”
Her participation was appreciated by the scientific community, highlighting DMU’s leadership in sustainable nanotechnology for safer and greener healthcare. Prof. Bazigha also expressed her gratitude to the organizers for the opportunity to share her expertise and represent DMU on this esteemed platform.
In addition, Prof. Naglaa Gamil Shehab, Associate Dean – Academic Affairs at the College of Pharmacy, contributed through an online oral presentation titled:
“Enhancing Assessment Quality: Leveraging ExamSoft Analytics and Moderation to Strengthen Competency-PLO Alignment.”
This collective engagement further reflects DMU’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and academic collaboration.
