College of Nursing Explores Healthcare Innovation at WHX Dubai 2026

The College of Nursing at Dubai Medical University proudly participated in WHX Dubai 2026, held from 9–12 February 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Center, one of the region’s leading healthcare and medical technology events.

Under the guidance and leadership of Prof. Basil Amarneh, Dean of the College of Nursing, a delegation comprising Dr. Abdullah AlShammariDr. Haya Al ShawaMs. Farah Atout, and College of Nursing Students attended the exhibition to explore the latest advancements in healthcare education, simulation technology, and innovative clinical training solutions.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for faculty and students to engage with healthcare industry leaders and discover cutting-edge simulation devices, digital health technologies, and innovative educational tools designed to enhance healthcare training and patient care outcomes. Participants explored a range of advanced simulation equipment and emerging technologies that support the development of clinical competencies, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice among healthcare professionals.

The experience aligns with the College of Nursing’s commitment to excellence in nursing education and its continuous efforts to integrate innovation and technology into teaching, learning, and clinical training environments. Exposure to these advancements will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of simulation-based education and the preparation of future nurses to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
