The College of Medicine at Dubai Medical University (DMU) was pleased to participate in the 6th Abu Dhabi Brain Conference & 1st Emirates Parkinson’s Masterclass, held from 18–20 September 2026 at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Students and faculty from the College of Medicine attended the three-day scientific programme, engaging with leading specialists and exploring the latest developments in neurology, neuroscience, and clinical practice.

The conference featured a comprehensive programme covering Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, epilepsy, demyelinating diseases, headache and migraine, dementia, neuromuscular disorders, and emerging developments in neuroscience. Sessions also explored clinical trials, advanced therapies, neuroimaging, evidence-based management, and the future of neuroscience in the UAE.

The programme included interactive workshops on topics such as neuromodulation, disorders of consciousness, epilepsy surgery, and status epilepticus, offering participants opportunities for focused learning, discussion, and exposure to contemporary clinical approaches.
