The Fellow (FHEA) status is a professional recognition awarded to educators who demonstrate effective teaching practices and a commitment to enhancing student learning experiences in higher education. It is based on evidence of contributions in teaching, assessment, curriculum development, student support, and continuous professional development in alignment with the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF).
