Dubai Medical University is proud to celebrate Fatma Ahmad Aljaziri, College of Medicine student, for her outstanding achievements in healthcare innovation and technology.

Fatma developed MediLingo+, an AI-powered medical communication application designed to overcome language barriers between clinicians and patients in multicultural healthcare environments. The app aims to enhance patient safety, inclusivity, and efficiency, particularly in urgent care settings.

Her innovation earned 3rd place in the UAE AI & IoT Challenge (University Track) and secured her an invitation to exhibit at GITEX Expand North Star 2025. Fatma then represented the UAE at the Arab AI & IoT Challenge, where MediLingo+ received the prestigious “Most Promising Idea” award.
