Biography

Dr. Amina Begum is a dedicated teaching assistant in the Department of Biomedical Science at Dubai Medical University, where she has been an integral part of the academic community since 2016. Holding an MBBCh from Dubai Medical College, she combines clinical knowledge with a strong passion for teaching to support student learning.

She teaches anatomy, physiology, and communication skills using interactive methods. Dr. Amina also contributes to curriculum development, coordinates anatomy lab sessions, and promotes interprofessional education among healthcare students. As a member of the Quality Assurance and Program Enhancement (QAPE) Committee, she helps prepare, review, and refine course files to ensure high academic standards.

Recognized for her empathy and student-centered approach, Dr. Amina is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and professional growth.
