Representing the College of Nursing at Dubai Medical University (DMU), Dr. Abdullah Al Shammari and Dr. Haya Al Shawa participated in the 3rd Healthy Longevity Symposium, held in collaboration with the Nature Forum at Khalifa University from 13–14 November 2025.

The symposium brought together regional and international scientists, academic experts, policymakers, nurses, medical practitioners, hospital managers, industrial partners, consultants, and geriatric care specialists to explore innovative strategies for promoting healthy aging and longevity.

The DMU College of Nursing faculty engaged in discussions on advancing nursing roles in geriatric care, research collaboration, and healthcare innovation. Their participation reflects DMU’s commitment to contributing to global dialogues on healthy aging and to fostering excellence and leadership in nursing education and practice.
