On June 12th, 2025, the College of Nursing at Dubai Medical University received a delegation from the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS), led by Mr. Salem Mohammad Askar, Head of the Ambulance Training Unit, along with Mr. Sultan Nayef and Mr. Abdulrahman Kilani. The visit aimed to explore cutting-edge advancements in clinical simulation and discuss potential areas of academic and professional collaboration.

The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Basil Amarneh, Dean of the College of Nursing, and Dr. Sarah Sanad, who provided an in-depth tour of the university’s simulation and skills labs. The visitors were briefed on the organizational structure, curriculum-integrated training and assessment plans, and the advanced technologies used to deliver high-quality clinical education.

A key focus of the visit was the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into clinical education and assessment, highlighting the university’s commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare training. Both parties also discussed promising opportunities for future collaboration, particularly in leveraging DMU’s state-of-the-art facilities for workforce development and professional training.

وفد من مؤسسة دبي لخدمات الإسعاف يزور جامعة دبي الطبية للاطلاع على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المحاكاة السريرية

استقبلت كلية التمريض في جامعة دبي الطبية بتاريخ 12 يونيو 2025 وفدًا من مؤسسة دبي لخدمات الإسعاف (DCAS)، برئاسة السيد سالم محمد عسكر، رئيس وحدة تدريب الإسعاف، وعضوية كل من السيد سلطان نايف والسيد عبد الرحمن كيلاني، وذلك في إطار زيارة رسمية تهدف إلى الاطلاع على أحدث تطبيقات تقنيات المحاكاة السريرية، واستكشاف إمكانات التعاون في مجال التدريب الصحي المتقدم.

كان في استقبال الوفد الأستاذ الدكتور باسل عمارنه، عميد كلية التمريض، والدكتورة سارة سند، حيث قدّما عرضًا تفصيليًا حول الهيكل التنظيمي لمختبرات المهارات والمحاكاة، وخطط التعليم والتقييم المعتمدة، والتقنيات المتطورة المستخدمة في تدريب المهارات السريرية.

وقد ركزت الزيارة على استعراض كيفية دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم والتقييم السريري، بما يعكس التزام الجامعة بالابتكار وتبني أحدث الوسائل التعليمية. كما جرت مناقشات مثمرة حول آفاق التعاون المستقبلي بين الجانبين، بما في ذلك الاستفادة من مرافق الجامعة الحديثة في تدريب وتأهيل الكوادر الصحية الوطنية.
