LRC Guidelines

1. Using LRC Computers

  • Sign-In: Login with your college’s email to access MS Office Applications and other software.
  • Scan: Pin Code from accounts is required to scan.
2. Study Areas
  • Study Cabins: Available through booking. Each booking cannot exceed two hours.
  • Group Study Rooms: Available through booking. Each booking cannot exceed two hours.
3. Wi-Fi Access
  • LRC Wi-Fi: Connect to “DMU WIFI” for free internet access. No password is required.
4. LRC Staff Available: If you need assistance finding resources, take help of the LRC Staff.

5. Food and Drinks: Please do not enter with food and drinks.

6. Mobile phones: Keep mobile phones silent or vibration mode. Do not take or make calls inside the LRC.

7. Respect The Space: Kindly maintain a quiet environment for others.

8. Keep Your Belongings with You: Always take your personal items (bags, laptops, books, etc.) with you when leaving your study area.

9. Unattended Items: Any unattended items will be collected and held at the front desk. After a certain period, unclaimed items may be turned over to lost and found.

10. Security: The LRC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

11. CCTV: The LRC has installed CCTV cameras for security purposes.
