In the spirit of Ramadan, DMU, in collaboration with the Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation (SALCF) and the Dubai Food Bank, organized a two-part food packaging and distribution initiative on 13th and 19th March 2025.

DMU students joined forces with students from the Islamic School to prepare and distribute food parcels to labor camps across Dubai. The program was designed to foster a spirit of compassion, teamwork, and social responsibility, while embodying the core values of giving and gratitude during the holy month.

The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation and cross-institutional collaboration, strengthening bonds between students, encouraging intergenerational learning, and making a tangible impact on the wider community.

This meaningful outreach reflects DMU’s commitment to community service, student engagement, and humanitarian values.
