Innovation met intelligence as Dr. Shifan Khanday, Acting Associate Dean of Research and Head of the AI and Smart Education Unit at Dubai Medical University (DMU), delivered a captivating workshop titled “Agentic AI in Content Creation: The Rise of Virtual Avatars.”

In a session that blended science, imagination, and ethics, Dr.Shifan introduced participants to the next evolution of AI—Agentic AI, where machines don’t just respond but reason, act, and adapt. Through interactive live demos and creative group activities, attendees explored how AI avatars can teach, emote, and collaborate—bridging empathy and technology in powerful new ways.
Participants designed their own AI avatar educators, discussed ethics and autonomy, and reflected on how “AI won’t replace educators, but educators using AI will transform education.”

Closing with a live survey on Bio-connectivity ,Cybersoma and the Internet of Bodies, the session left attendees inspired—seeing a future where education becomes truly alive, responsive, and human-centered.
