Dr. Haya Al Shawa is an accomplished lecturer at the College of Nursing, Dubai Medical College for Girls (DMCG). She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery (MBBCh) from DMCG, where she graduated with an excellent grade. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Al Ain, UAE with high honors.
Dr. Al Shawa has established a strong foundation in clinical medicine, academic teaching, and public health research. Her career spans roles in teaching, research, and simulation-based training, reflecting her dedication to advancing healthcare education. She is actively involved in curriculum development and has contributed significantly to innovative nursing education strategies. With international experience in Canada and the UAE, Dr. Al Shawa brings a wealth of knowledge in cross-cultural healthcare delivery and education.
