
Ms. Hala joined Dubai Medical College in 2025 as a full-time lecturer in the nursing program. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing Science from Mut’ah University, Jordan, a Master in Pediatric Nursing from Mut’ah University, Jordan.
Ms. Hala has over 15 years of diverse nursing and academic experience across clinical, humanitarian, and educational settings in the Middle East. She began her career as a registered nurse in Jordan, working in emergency and pediatric wards at Karak Governmental Hospital and the Arab Medical Center, where she gained frontline experience in acute and general pediatric care. She then specialized in pediatric nursing at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on renal and endocrine care, and later transitioned into health informatics as an Application Analyst for the nursing module of the Clinical Information Management System.
Her humanitarian experience includes serving with the International Medical Corps at the Azraq Refugee Camp, where she provided pediatric care in crisis conditions. In academia, Hala has taught and supervised nursing students since 2017, first at Mut’ah University in Jordan, and since 2021 as a Clinical Instructor at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In these roles, she has led clinical training, mentored students, and integrated digital learning platforms into blended instruction.
