Through early  intervention and personalized support, the SSC works closely with students,  faculty mentors, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to identify challenges  and develop effective strategies for academic success.<br><br>\r\n  As  part of this support system, every student is assigned a faculty mentor who  provides individualized academic guidance throughout their studies. Faculty  mentors regularly monitor students' progress, meet with them to discuss  academic performance, assist with academic planning, and help address any  personal or academic challenges that may affect their success.
