Such assessments are crucial for delivering ongoing, meaningful feedback on student competence and performance, a cornerstone of the educational process. As a result, Workplace-based assessment is now considered an essential method for continuous and comprehensive student evaluation during clinical training. Dr. Heba Ismail, a Teaching Assistant at Dubai Medical College for Girls, presented DMCG\u2019s experience in implementing workplace-based assessment using Blue at the Bluenotes MENA 2024 Conference hosted by Zayed University. The presentation addressed the expectations met, challenges encountered, and the next steps.<br>Additionally, it explored how integrating feedback analytics can support data-driven decision-making, enhance competency-based learning, and align assessment practices with broader educational objectives.
