The session provided a comprehensive overview of various medical specialties and residency pathway, guiding students on how to choose a specialty aligned with their interests, strengths, and long-term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Hind shared valuable insights on lifestyle considerations and work-life balance as a Surgery resident with a strong focus to the Canadian residency pathway. She also offered practical tips on building a strong portfolio early in medical school. A special segment on Women in Surgery highlighted opportunities, challenges, and empowerment within the field.
