The initiative represents a significant step toward creating a dedicated platform <em>by women, for women<\/em>\u2014a space where female students can learn, lead, and uplift one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">The launch event brought together students, alumni, and faculty for an inspiring icebreaker program designed to spark meaningful conversations and build a supportive community. The session featured thought-provoking discussions, interactive activities, and motivational storytelling led by distinguished speakers, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr. Hadiel AlKaiyasah \u2013 Colorectal Surgeon &amp; DMU Alumna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Lamis Abufool \u2013 OBGYN Resident, who shared <em>\u201cA Day in the Life\u201d<\/em> through a student-focused video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. Shireen Yousef \u2013\u00a0 Counselor, addressing mental health and personal growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women\u2019s Health &amp; Empowerment Club Members, who presented a student-produced introduction video outlining the club\u2019s mission and vision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Throughout the event, participants explored key themes such as women\u2019s roles in healthcare, overcoming professional and personal barriers, mental well-being, and the importance of creating safe, encouraging spaces for female empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">The launch marks the beginning of a transformative journey at DMU\u2014one dedicated to amplifying women\u2019s voices, fostering leadership, and inspiring change.
