Abdul Rasool, Head of the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department, and Dr. Naglaa Saad, Assistant Dean for Quality and Accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">The workshop strengthened key competencies in sustainability, collaboration, and innovation, reflecting the College\u2019s educational mission. The active learning session, held in the inspiring DMU Greenhouse, offered a hands-on learning experience that linked scientific knowledge with creativity and environmental responsibility. Students explored the greenhouse to identify their <em>\u201cHero Herb\u201d<\/em>, studied its therapeutic properties, and proposed suitable dosage forms, eco-friendly packaging, and labeling concepts for sustainable cosmetic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">To extend learning beyond observation, students participated in Team-Based Learning (TBL) activities, where they worked collaboratively in groups and were evaluated through Individual Readiness Assurance Tests (iRATs) and Group Readiness Assurance Tests (gRATs).
