Dr. Shifan Khanday, Acting Associate Dean of Research and Head of the AI &amp; Smart Education Unit, has notably represented DMU at two leading global AI conferences.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Achievement at ISDIA 2025<\/strong><br>\n  At the 9th International Conference on Information System Design and Intelligent Applications (ISDIA 2025) in Dubai, Dr. Shifan received the&nbsp;<strong>Best Oral Presentation Award<\/strong>&nbsp;for her talk on ethical AI integration in healthcare. This recognition led to an invitation to present at another top-tier AI conference.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Presentation at FICTA 2025, London<\/strong><br>\n  Dr. Shifan later presented her research at the&nbsp;<strong>13th International Conference on Frontiers of Intelligent Computing: Theory and Applications (FICTA 2025)<\/strong>, held in London. Her talk, titled&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;Privacy and Ethics in Healthcare AI: A Review of Current Challenges and a Policy Driven Framework for Responsible Innovation&rdquo;<\/em>, addressed critical issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and regulatory challenges. The research was well-received and has been accepted for publication by Springer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Institutional Impact<\/strong><br>\n  These achievements significantly enhance DMU&rsquo;s global academic reputation in AI-driven medical education and ethical healthcare innovation.
