Dubai Medical University (DMU) has announced the official launch of its Quality Assurance (QA) Portal, marking a major step forward in digitizing and streamlining QA operations across the institution. This was through a workshop led by Prof. Ibrahim Elsayed, Vice Chancellor – QAIE, and Dr. Eslam ElNebrisi, Director of QAIE.

\n The new portal is designed to unify all QA processes into one centralized, user-friendly platform that ensures accuracy, transparency, and accessibility. Among its key features are a fully digitized policy repository, a searchable archive of old versions, and a system that allows stakeholders to suggest policy changes — which are then reviewed by relevant authorities before approval by the Deans’ Council.

\n In addition to policy management, the portal will support DMU’s institutional accreditation efforts, internal reviews, and reporting, while also playing a key role in research and ranking initiatives.
